The reasons many people decide to make lifestyle changes aimed at personal fitness goals are many. To watch someone transform themselves into a more physically fit individual over a period of time can be pretty amazing. Sometimes, it can even be enough to make someone consider becoming a part of that transformation. However, when you are the person who is being transformed, the desire to spread the word on just how achievable and FUN reaching these goals can be becomes a powerful and burning desire.

The eight-fold path to building and maintaining an online business is simple and short.
By Kevin S. Taylor, MBA
1. Demand and Supply
A common mistake most agents make in the marketing business is trying to sell a product for which the demand barely exists. The idea behind marketing is to first find the market for a product before starting its supply. People only search online for products they actually want, and selling something online that the average customer is not searching for is as good as not making a sale at all. Thus, to begin with, one needs to find a group of individuals with a dilemma they need to make sense of and resolve it for them.

Chapter 1: Business Owners Can Prosper
Part II: Resell Products From Other Companies
By Kevin S. Taylor, MBA
Developers and entrepreneurs are on a move from traditional marketing like telemarketing, printing, and direct mail, to more effective reselling of products and products’ rights. The latest trend is to sell arguably tangible items using the World Wide Web.
Electronic resale items with simple duplication methods along with instructions and rights to reprint, reproduce, or resell have become another facet of e-commerce and has sparked continually improving digital rights management. Some of these items may include computer software, Kindle or electronic reader-ready books, manuals, articles, and a plethora of other items that can be retrieved by downloading without having to physically ship an item.

After Years of Research, HelpMe2Teach.com is a Welcomed Resource for Parents, Students, and Teachers Across the Internet
By Elaine Taylor, MA and Kevin S. Taylor, MBA
Among the many Internet-based services offered by Las Vegas Web Design company Expert Website Services LLC, www.Helpme2teach.com, is a unique product which was developed to assist parents, teachers and students in kindergarten through high school. The website itself is an intense, database-driven, educational website directory for all phases of academia. The content was developed and refined over with almost a decade of research and development by an educator with over 40 years of classroom experience, teaching credentials in two states, and expertise in the areas of curriculum development and home school consulting.
The teacher that spawned the idea was working as an educator for a virtual charter school with limited support with regard to curriculum. She began surfing the web to find educational resources and began sharing them with others, spending literally thousands of hours separating the appropriate sites from the advertisements and inappropriate media. The initial list of websites contained only 700 links categorized by subject matter, age appropriateness, and whether they were geared toward the parent, student, or educator. Even with a list of 700 sites; however, the challenge was keeping the links updated. It was a daunting and almost full-time task to manage the links and replace some resources with new ones when their respective sources had moved or shut down. The project has grown tremendously from this initial list and now contains several thousand resources at any given time. The links are checked daily and automatically removed so that a user is not troubled by links that do not work. New websites are manually added after being reviewed by the educational department for appropriateness on a daily basis.

Many of my esteemed colleagues have recently indicated that their businesses are at risk of failure. Indeed, this is an endemic issue in times of recession. In turbulent economic times, the economy has an adverse effect on everyone. This recession is particularly difficult as the world is much more intricately weaved than in recessions of the past. We are in a global economy; thus, our economy has a global impact.
When the economy is slow, new business is harder to get. A bad economy; however, should not be an excuse for failure. Thomas Edison once said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that will not work.” In recessionary times, even the best laid plans need to be revisited. Indeed, a poor economic climate can successfully be used as motivation to grow your business even more! What can you do to build your business in a recessionary economy?

Today we added a Red Firefish Goby to the small reef tank. He spent some time competing with the Ocellaris Clownfish. However, they seem to have worked out their differences.
In addition, the Pearly Jawfish continues to come out more often. Click the read more link below to see a better view of the Jawfish and current stocking of this reef:

Today, I wiped the tank down with an algae cloth made for acrylic tanks and used a siphon to vacuum about 5 gallons of water from the bottom. This is the first water change from the bottom; so, I was a bit apprehensive to see if my water quality or nitrification would suffer. Needless to say, everything was perfect! We are starting to see more and more of the Pearly Jawfish. The purple Star Polyps are starting to be seen in other areas of the reef. I have been advised that there must be something other than the fish and hermit crabs in the tank moving them. I suspect a worm or a shrimp from the live rock; however, I have not caught nor seen him yet.

As a web development firm, everyone on our team tends to take certain terms for granted. However, there are occasions when we have to explain the term hosting and exactly what it means to host a website. In a nutshell, I like to say that the hosting is what makes a web site available for people to see on the Internet. Obviously, there is a bit more to it than this.

This is day 3 of setup for the new 50 gallon saltwater tank … my first endeavor into marine fishery. I am looking forward to a rapid cycling process so that we can begin to add a clownfish and some corals. This tank is currently home to several critters that have crawled out of the well-seasoned live rock and live sand. To date, we have noticed two very small shrimp and what appeared to be a bristle worm. Mistakes made on previous tanks have led to a much improved plumbing system (pictured above).
The display holds 34 gallons (excluding the overflow) and there is a custom wet/dry sump in the cabinet that holds just over 10 gallons. The tank is powered by a mag-9; a bit of overkill but ATM of Las Vegas somehow saw it necessary to overpower the pump on this tank. Needless to say, there is a ball valve to slow the flow of water into the Tom Fathom skimmer and return line back to the tank. I will be certain to update this blog as new species are introduced.
